The successful candidate will have:
¨ A minimum of 2 years of progressive retail lending sales success is required
¨ Completion of a post secondary degree, diploma or certificate in business, commerce or equivalent business experience is required
¨ Successful completion of the Certified Financial Planning, Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Program would be considered an asset

As a highly driven sales professional, you possess outstanding interpersonal & communication skills that attribute to your success in aggressively reaching sales targets by recognizing opportunities and actively promoting, selling & servicing a wide range of retail lending products & services.
Reporting to a Retail Sales & Service Manager, you will be the primary developer of member relationships focused on retaining & growing Cambrian’s market share. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of progressive retail lending sales success with mortgages, personal loans and lines of credit – that includes credit adjudication; demonstrated retail lending skills with a thorough knowledge and understanding of standard credit practices and retail lending processes is essential; a strong understanding of deposit services, specific to registered and non-registered savings plans; and practical knowledge of the application of various products offerings within the financial services market.
In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, this position offers a competitive salary range of $41,900 - $56,800 and a lucrative variable sales compensation plan paid throughout the year.
